Rules, Waivers, and Spares
The league rules can be found at the link below. Rules have been updated for the 2026-27 season.
Due to a change in insurance, every player must complete the waiver and either be on the team roster or logged on the spares log.

If you are not currently on a team, but are interested in joining the league, please fill out the form below. If it’s before the season starts, we will notify you if an opening is available and invite you to the tryout night. If it’s during the year and a team needs a spare, that team will reach out to you directly.
